Whilst the last few months have not been easy at Abbey Terrace for all parties involved, we are getting closer to the finishing line. The building is 90% complete with only second fix electrics and finishes to be applied.

AC|A have been busy providing architectural design services for the conversion of an existing building within the curtilage of a grade II listed building into offices. We are looking to submit the planning application within the next couple of months.

Progress is going well on the construction of the new two storey holiday cottage at Llangollen in north Wales. We are on programme and safely out of the ground with the installation of the beam and block ground floor taking shape!

Following a reasonably straight forward build process, both the two bed apartments, the 3 retail units and the new ‘Pinfold Coffee Shop’ are almost at the end of the construction phase.
One of the apartments has already been let out to a very satisfied tenant who signed on the dotted line off plan!
Following that, our client has let out the coffee shop to ‘The Pinfold Coffee Shop’, a tenant who is looking to open doors for the first time on the 3rd July 2013. All three retail spaces have already been snapped up with a view to being opened to the public within a couple of weeks.
