18 Cheshire street in Audlem is now 4 weeks into the Contract and is moving at a pace. Demolition works have been completed, the new ground floor construction is now in and the 1st floor extension is being built up.

Funding meetings are currently taking place in relation to a large Public Hall Extension that AC|A have designed. We hope to start furthering the design within a couple of weeks with a view to submitting a planning application this Spring.

We are pleased to announce that the two storey project at 18 Cheshire street in Audlem has just returned from its tender period and at we are in contract negotiations with the chosen contractor.

AC | A have been busy designing the extension to a large former police station turned residential property. The detailed design has been completed, tenders have been returned and we are currently in negotiated talks with a preferred Contractor with a view to starting works on site within a couple of weeks.

Updated site progress for Abbey Terrace in Llangollen. We are now almost watertight with the roof trusses on and first floor construction installed.

AC|A have been busy providing architectural design services for the conversion of an existing building within the curtilage of a grade II listed building into offices. We are looking to submit the planning application within the next couple of months.

Progress is going well on the construction of the new two storey holiday cottage at Llangollen in north Wales. We are on programme and safely out of the ground with the installation of the beam and block ground floor taking shape!
